Payment Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how you can pay Lucknow Imaging Centre, what you should receive when you pay, and what each of us needs to do to keep a payment safe and correct.

What these terms cover
These terms cover every payment you make to Lucknow Imaging Centre for our fees and charges. They apply when you pay by cash, by UPI, through our website or through our mobile app. We call these your "payment methods".
By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms. "Bound by" means you accept them as rules you must follow. If you do not agree, please do not make a payment.
The terms on this page apply only to Lucknow Imaging Centre and its services. They do not cover any third-party website or service that our website links to.
Ways you can pay
We offer four payment methods to help you pay the fees and charges for our services.
- Website. Payments made through our website are handled by secure third-party payment processors. A payment processor is a company that takes online and card payments on behalf of a business. We do not store your payment card details, and we do not have access to them.
- Cash. You can pay in cash at the centre. We give you a receipt for the payment.
- UPI. UPI stands for Unified Payments Interface, the instant bank payment system used through payment apps. You can pay using our designated UPI ID or by scanning the QR code we provide. A QR code is the square barcode you scan with your phone.
- Mobile app. You can pay through the official Lucknow Imaging Centre mobile app, which you can download on compatible devices.
Please confirm the current charge for your test or package with the team before your visit. Information on this website is general and is not a fixed quotation. The team will tell you the charge when you ask.
Your payment details
You agree to give accurate, complete and up-to-date payment information whenever you use a payment method.
When you pay, you confirm two things. First, that you are allowed to use the payment method you chose. Second, that the payment details you gave are valid and correct. This is a promise on your part, so please check your details before you pay.
Confirmation and receipts
When a payment succeeds, you will receive a confirmation through the payment method you used. If you pay in cash, the receipt we give you at the centre is your record.
It is your responsibility to make sure the confirmation reaches you. If you do not receive one, or you have any concern about a payment, please contact us using the details at the end of this page.
Refunds, cancellations and payment queries
Refunds and cancellations of payments are subject to our refund policy. Please read our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, or contact us for more information.
If you think a charge is wrong, give us the service date, the amount and the transaction reference. What we can do depends on checking the payment and on the policies that apply.
Payment security
We take reasonable measures to protect your payment information. We cannot guarantee absolute security, because electronic transactions carry risks of their own.
You are responsible for the security of your own devices, login credentials and personal information when you use any payment method.
Banks, UPI apps, payment processors and, where one is involved, insurers apply their own processing and security rules. Those rules are separate from these terms.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by, and read in line with, the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
Any dispute arising out of or connected with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow. "Exclusive jurisdiction" means that only those courts can hear the dispute.

Questions about paying
How can I pay at Lucknow Imaging Centre?
You can pay in cash at the centre, by UPI using our designated UPI ID or QR code, through our website, or through the official Lucknow Imaging Centre mobile app. Cash payments come with a receipt, and other payments come with a confirmation.
Does Lucknow Imaging Centre store my card details?
Not for website payments. Those are handled by secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store or have access to your payment card details. We take reasonable care of your payment information, but no electronic payment can be made completely risk free.
What should I do if I do not get a payment confirmation?
Contact us using the phone number, WhatsApp number or email at the end of this page. Give the service date, the amount and your transaction reference. Please contact us before you pay again, so the first payment can be found.
Can I get my money back after I pay?
Refunds are possible in some situations, and they follow our Refund Policy. Cancelling an appointment is covered by our Cancellation Policy. Contact the team with your payment details and they will tell you what applies.
Which law applies to these payment terms?
The laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh apply. Any dispute connected with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, which means only those courts can hear it.
