Refund Policy for Payments to Lucknow Imaging Centre

    A- Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
  • I. OVERPAYMENT: IF YOU HAVE MADE AN EXCESSIVE PAYMENT OR DUPLICATE PAYMENT, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OF THE EXCESS AMOUNT.
  • II. CANCELLED SERVICES: IF LUCKNOW IMAGING CENTRE CANCELS OR IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED SERVICES, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
  • III. DISPUTED CHARGES: IF YOU BELIEVE THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR IN BILLING OR AN UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION, YOU SHOULD CONTACT LUCKNOW IMAGING CENTRE IMMEDIATELY TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE.

3- Refund Request Process:

    A- To request a refund, you must contact Lucknow Imaging Centre directly using the contact information provided below. You may be required to provide details of the payment, such as payment reference number, date, and amount.
    B- All refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the date of payment. Lucknow Imaging Centre reserves the right to determine what constitutes a reasonable timeframe.

    A-The eligibility and amount of the refund will be determined by Lucknow Imaging Centre in accordance with this Refund Policy.
    B-Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
