Message the centre on WhatsApp or call, and give the name of the test or health package and a day that suits you. The team confirms the time and any preparation, and tells you what to expect.

If you have a prescription, type or read out the test names. The team will tell you whether it needs to see the prescription. If you do not know the test name, say what your doctor is checking, such as sugar, thyroid or haemoglobin. Your own doctor decides which tests you need.

Walk-ins are welcome for many tests, but booking ahead keeps waiting short. Some tests need preparation or a timed sample, so message first if you can.

Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday, 10 AM to 2 PM. If you arrive without booking, tell the front desk which test you need and ask whether it can be done that day. Confirm with the team that your test can be done at the time you plan to come.

Preparation depends on the test, so ask the team before you stop eating. Fasting means no food and no drink except plain water, and it is needed for only some tests. The team confirms whether you need to fast for yours.

• Fasting: do it only when the team confirms it for your test. Plain water does not break a fast. If you do not need to fast, eat and drink as usual.
• Medicines: keep taking your prescribed medicines unless your doctor has told you otherwise. Tell the team what you take, including supplements. If you take insulin or diabetes tablets and have been asked to fast, ask your doctor how to time them.
• Timed samples: some tests, such as a sugar test after a meal, need a second sample at a set time. The team will tell you when to eat and when to come back.
• How you feel: tell the team if you have a fever, feel unwell, or tend to feel faint when blood is taken.
• Clothing: wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily.

Do not start, stop or change a medicine because of a test. That decision belongs to your own doctor.

Bring these to your visit.

• Your doctor's prescription, or the list of tests you need.
• A photo ID. The team will tell you whether they need to see it.
• Earlier reports for the same tests, so your doctor can compare results over time.
• A list of the medicines you take.
• A snack and a bottle of water for after the sample, if you have fasted.

The centre offers ten health packages that pair lab tests with a scan or ECG. A package that includes a scan or ECG still needs that part done at the centre. Ask the team when you book whether the parts can be planned together.

You can book imaging in the same way. The diagnostic imaging page lists the scans the centre offers, such as ultrasound and digital X-ray. Tell the team everything your doctor has asked for, because a scan can need different preparation from blood tests.
